Great Start To Our New Season
September was a BUSY one—and your dancers absolutely rocked it! From the State Fair to the Kindness Fair, they brought amazing energy to the stage. Costumes are underway, new dances are coming together, and we have some REALLY exciting opportunities ahead.

🎉 EXCITING NEWS — WE’RE HEADED TO THE SALT LAKE TEMPLE!
We are SO excited to announce that Fab 5 has been accepted as a performance group for the Salt Lake Temple Open House Celebration! This is such a unique and historic opportunity for our dancers, and we feel incredibly honored to be included. Our dancers will not only perform as part of the celebration, but our group will also have the opportunity to tour the Salt Lake Temple before we perform.

BRANSON, HERE WE COME!
Our 2027 Fab 5 Summer Tour to Branson, Missouri is getting closer, and we are SO excited about this trip!
We’re working behind the scenes to finalize the itinerary, travel dates, activities and pricing. This will be an incredible opportunity for our dancers and families to travel together, perform, make memories and experience Branson as a Fab 5 family. We know many of you are anxious to start planning, and we’re working hard to get everything finalized. Tour dates, costs and registration information are coming on Monday, OCT 12th! Please come to a meeting at 6:45pm to get ALL of the details.

Tuition is due the first Monday of every month. Pay by the first class of the month to receive the Early Bird Rate. Payments made after the first week should include an additional $5.

PRIVATE LESSONS
Not sure when your dancer needs a private lesson? Here’s the quick guide:
1. Team Dance Help / Missed Classes
If your dancer misses class or needs extra help with a team dance, contact their teacher. They’ll either schedule a lesson or connect you with someone who can help.
2. Beginning & Intermediate Individual Events — OPTIONAL
Individual events are worked on during class, so private coaching is optional. Dancers wanting extra help may contact one of the coaches below.
3. Duets
Duets are prepared outside regular team class. Dancers may schedule with one of our private lesson coaches for help.
4. Advanced, Championship & Pro
We encourage regular private coaching for individual events and duets. You determine what “regular” looks like for your dancer, but consistent coaching is encouraged.

Here is the info for practice shirt orders.
Practice Uniform:
• White dance shirt from last year
• Black leggings
Please wear the practice uniform to regular practices and all Extra Practices. Having everyone dressed alike helps coaches quickly see spacing, timing, and synchronization and makes it easier to clean choreography.
Need another white practice shirt? We will be placing a separate Practice Shirt order Monday Sept 21st. This is separate from our regular Studio Wear order that will be coming at a later date. (watch your team reach for more details)
If you need a new white practice shirt (you are new to our program, lost yours, want a sleeveless or just want an extra)....
Venmo LaChere-$25 for the shirt with your size and what kind of shirt you want (sleeves or sleeveless)
SIDE NOTE-because there was a request for sleeveless...this is a different shirt style than last year's shirt, so the sizing might be different than what you may have ordered last year. Make sure to check the sizing chart to determine your size.
NO RETURNS-Because the shirts have our logo on them, we will not be able to return them once they've been ordered.
MEASURING INFO- Length is the body length with the shirt laid out flat. Chest is also the chest width with the shirt laid out flat. I would take a shirt that you own and like the sizing, lay it out flat and measure it, then order the shirt size that coincides with those measurements.
FYI-these shirt will be screen printed and will not have any sparkle.
TOUR SIDE NOTE-we will be taking these shirts on tour. If you would like a sleeveless version of this shirt for tour, now would be the time to order it

Have tap shoes your dancer has outgrown? Please donate them ASAP. Our new dancers get so excited when they can find a pair to use. Thanks for helping make that possible!
GETTING STARTED WITH TAP SHOES
OPTION #1 • Make a Starter Pair
Find white shoes with a slippery bottom (no rubber), order Steven Stompers glue-on taps online, purchase Shoe Goo (available at Walmart), and glue on the taps. Allow 72 hours for the glue to set.
OPTION #2 • Donation Bin
Look through our studio donation bin for a pair that works. Donated shoes may be used for free — we just ask that you return the favor when you can.
OPTION #3 • Buy / Sell / Trade
Search Fab5 Buy/Sell/Trade on Facebook to buy or sell used tap shoes with other studio families.
OPTION #4 • Order New Shoes
For newer dancers, we recommend the Youth Full Sole Economy shoe or the Little Girl Tie Tap shoe. Other options are available below.

🎡 SOUTHEASTERN IDAHO STATE FAIR
Many of you have asked if Fab 5 will be performing at the Southeastern Idaho State Fair this year.
Yes! For those that danced on a Fab 5 competitive team during our 25-26 season, we are scheduled to perform on September 12th at 5:00pm. We will meet (address coming soon) at 3:45pm to warm up and be ready. Stay tuned for more details. Thanks!
❤️ KINDNESS FAIR PERFORMANCE
We're currently working with the event organizers and are hopeful we'll have the opportunity to participate once again! If the stars align and the scheduling works out, the kick off event is scheduled for Monday, September 21.
We'll share more information as soon as plans are finalized. We love being part of this community event and hope to spread kindness through dance once again!

🚌 2027 BRANSON TOUR UPDATE
Many of you have been asking about our 2027 Summer Tour to Branson, Missouri, and we're just as excited as you are!
We're currently finalizing the itinerary, travel dates, and pricing. Our goal is to have all of the details—including tour dates, costs, and registration information—ready by September.

PRO camp - 7:00-8:40am
CHAMP camp - 8:20-10:00am
ADV camp - 7:00-8:40am
INTERMEDIATE 1 - 9:40-11:00am
INTERMEDIATE 2 - 8:40-10:00am
BEGINNING - 8:40-10:00am
Recreation Camps - 10:00-10:45am

Just have your dancers wear comfortable modest athletic pants, the white Fab 5 shirt, (or any top if you are new to our studio), and tap shoes (or comfortable athletic shoes if your dancer doesn't have clogging shoes yet).
